I'm a grandma!

Sheila isn’t just any midwife. She was my midwife for Sean and Bekah’s births. Now the blessing is passed down to my son Colin (who was also born at home) and his wife Krista. It’s one of the best gifts I could give them ~ the gift of an awesome, loving, born-again, prayer warrior midwife. But she is much more than that... I am so thankful for her heart, her love, and her dedication to moms and dads and the preservation of birth at home, the way God intended His creation to be brought into this world. Thank you Sheila Anne!

 Alexandra Mike’ (Mee - kuh) was born in the water tub. Krista did an amazing job giving birth. It was a blessed event and I was so grateful to be part of it. I thank God for His lovingkindness and the blessing brought forth on that holy day! I thank God for my new grandbaby.

A Baby!!!

I am so excited! My son Colin, and his wife Krista, are expecting a baby! Krista is due to deliver around my birthday in April! (Or maybe a little after) 

I will be a grandmother for the very first time next year! 

Lord bless Colin and Krista as they step into a new season in their lives. Thank You, Father, that just as this baby is, they too are fearfully and wonderfully made, created, chosen, called, loved, and named by You before the foundation of the world. Protect them and the baby, and lead them in the way everlasting. Send Your angels to encamp around them and reveal the love of Jesus to them as they walk this out each day. May they know the riches of Your love, Your kindness, and Your mercies which are new for them each day as this precious baby grows in Krista's womb, and they grow in love for one another. Abba, reveal the knowledge of Your love for them. Amen.
